Job Description
- SAIC is seeking a Keystone Edge Administrator to join our team supporting a major state & local government customer.
- The Keystone Edge Administrator is accountable for the analysis, development, and unit testing of reports, dashboards / visualizations using the ServiceNow reporting platform.
- The ideal candidate must also serve as a backup to all position responsibilities using legacy technology and implement capabilities throughout the enterprise for a large infrastructure support program.
Essential duties of this position include:
- Drive implementation and execution of the ITSM tools suite and platform
- Expert knowledge of the ITSM solution, ServiceNow
- Communicate effectively by using dashboards, power points, reports.
- Shepherd Minimal customization, automation and updates of the platform
- Possess a holistic view across the Service Management disciplines The Keystone Edge Administrator provides day-to-day administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This will include supporting processes like Call, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal, Performance Analytics and other service modules. In addition to performing support functions, the Keystone Edge Administrator performs design and implementation tasks like requirements gathering, configuration, integration, and testing.
- The Keystone Edge Administrator partners with teammates to create and modify process workflows, reporting and dashboards in addition to developing knowledge, technical and process documentation.
- The Keystone Edge Administrator stays abreast of new features and functionality, playing a key role in driving continual service improvement.
- You will have the opportunity to solve complex problems, design user-friendly interfaces, and optimize processes through automation. This position offers the chance to improve the speed, efficiency, and reporting capability of IT services.
- The Keystone Edge Administrator will also play a key role in representing current and future capabilities of supporting ITSM tools, and contributing to long- term strategy as well as tactical activities leading to the continual improvement of the environment to meet objectives.

Background / Experience
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of working independently and in small groups
- Ability to lead / assist with formulation and definition of solution scope and objectives while working with a team of reporting developers / analysts on functional requirements and specifications.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for automation, orchestration and development of service catalog requirements
- Advises on all things functional and operationally related to ServiceNow implementation
- Enable and empower teammates by solving business problems and delivering business efficiency gains
- Works closely with SME's, project managers, and process owners to capture business requirements, translate them into technical specifications and develop ServiceNow functionality.
- Develops processes and workflows within ServiceNow to meet the needs of business services.
- Enhances, upgrades, or develops operational tools for Keystone Edge, with emphasis on integration with ServiceNow.
- Builds out integrations between applications, infrastructure equipment, and service management tools using REST/SOAP and JSON
- Provides the experience for web services and ServiceNow integrations and mentor others in developing those integrations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to work in fast-paced environments
- With limited direction, supports the implementation of service catalog systems into production.
- Ability to work both independently and as a contributing member of a small team
- Experience with Managed Service Provider Domain separation
- Develops ServiceNow cloning schedules & backup policies
- Develops and implements ServiceNow ITSM modules €“ Asset Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog and Service, Knowledge, Performance Analytics etc.
- Deploys Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scripted APIs, Scheduled Jobs, Jelly - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server- side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
- Leverages update sets through development, testing and production implementations
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow, preferred
Education / Certifications / Other
- Bachelors and nine (9) years or more of related experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more of related experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more of related experience.
- ITIL certification preferred (Foundation or above)
- Strong skills with: MS Office products and Microsoft SharePoint
Experience with the following:
- Javascript o Oracle
- ServiceNow, preferred
- Structured Query Language (SQL)
- BI
- UI/UX design
- HTML

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
