About the position:
Primarily responsible for providing the highest level of quality service to members through the handling of routine to moderate inquiries and transactions.
Creates member relationships through needs assessment and solution offerings from the wide array of products and services.

Duties/Responsibilities

?Listen effectively/empathize with member
?Responsible for member inquiries/questions
?Assist members with their policy questions
?Assist member with policy billing questions
?Responds to servicing inquiries
?Acts on referral triggers and provides additional product offerings based on member needs.
?Provide excellent member service
?Critical thinking, proactive attitude, strong communication skills displaying empathy and caring
?Must be extremely detail-oriented
?Must be extremely articulate
?Experienced with standard business applications including MS Office
?Strong team-building and leadership skills focused on production-oriented goals
?Participates in additional training
?Performs other related duties

Qualifications:

?2 years of stable customer service experience in a high volume environment
?Previous sales experience preferred
?Type 25 wpm
?Bachelor's degree preferred
?Ability to use desktop computer system
?Logical problem solving skills
?Proven oral/written communication skills
?Availability to work various shifts
?Ability to use Windows operating systems
?Continuously demonstrate sense of urgency
?Must have sense of attention to detail
?Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check and Drug testing

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
