Customer Care Representative


Our vision is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. ?As a Customer Service Rep you will have all of the support, training and tools you need to execute our vision and exceed our customer?s expectations!


Located in our Corporate Headquarters, our Customer Care department is a high-volume contact center serving our customers, home delivery teams and the sales team. We handle both inbound and outbound calls, manage our social media presence and all additional channels of customer contact. Each Leader in the organization is expected to defuse difficult situations, interpret customer concerns and decide on best course of action to resolve pending issues while upholding company and vendor policies; maintain excellent customer relations to improve customer loyalty and promote positive word-of-mouth advertising; ensure satisfaction by following up with customers and verifying that all issues have been resolved.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
??Day-to-day supervision of Agents; provide support and guidance on issues related to call handling; develop team?s professional phone skills and knowledge.
??Monitor staff to ensure service levels are met and individual / department goals are obtained regularly (i.e., AHT, ACW, AUX, Hold time).?
??Work in collaboration with other departments to identify root cause of reoccurring issues; reduce overall costs by proactively working to eliminating these issues before they occur.??
??In coordination with senior management, implement performance standards; execute new program initiatives and ensure adherence; communicate job expectations; conduct performance evaluations and recommend salary changes for designated staff members; conduct new hire interviews; monitor and record absenteeism; conduct disciplinary actions; enforce policies and procedures.?

Requirements of a Customer Care Representative:




  • Must have great attention to detail.


  • Must be a team player.


  • Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus.


  • Must have strong communications skills.


  • Must be organized.


  • Must be personable and comfortable interacting with customers daily.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
