Director of Quality Services (R.N.)

A small yet progressive acute care hospital located approximately one hour from Richmond, VA region is searching for a Director of Quality Services. This facility provides a comprehensive range of healthcare services to meet the changing needs of their community.


Position Focus Director of Quality Services (R.N.)

  • Supervise all clinical quality improvement efforts including DNV and Quality Healthcare Incentive Program (QHIP).

  • Ensure regulatory standards including DNV state licensure and CMS regulations are met.

  • Oversee 3 FTEs including an inpatient and cross-continuum care management program ensuring safe transitions and high-quality outcomes.

  • The Director of Quality Services reports to a hospital Vice President.

Requirements Director of Quality Services (R.N.)

  • Registered Nurse and a Bachelor’s degree. Does not have to be a BSN.

  • Master’s prepared or willing to obtain a master’s degree within five years of hire.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive leadership experience within an acute care hospital at Manager or Director Level within quality improvement.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
